  • Return & Exchange Policy

    We take pride in our Groomie Hers products and want you to be happy using them. All of our products (non-consumable) carry a 60-day return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from hergroomie.com, or have a defective issue, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your receipt of the product. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, including Amazon, their return policy applies, so please contact them directly for more information. To the extent allowed by applicable law, products purchased from an unauthorized retailer are not covered by our return policy.

    If you wish to return part of your order, we will refund the purchase price of each item from your original order.

  • How to Process a Return, Exchange or Warranty

    If at any point in the first 30 days you decide that you're not 100% satisfied with your product, return it for a full refund or exchange. Simply CLICK HERE to start your return or exchange process automatically.

    Products must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Consumable products (serums, skincare, etc.) cannot be returned for a refund, if unsealed or used.

    Please note that our return policy does not apply to refills, monthly subscriptions and recurring charges, or extra accessories for GlowUp devices. Single refill replacements, monthly subscriptions, and extra accessories are non-refundable.

    Return shipping labels may or may not be provided by Groomie Hers.
