  • How do I charge my battery, and how long should it take?
    Connect your remote controller to any USB-C power adapter (phone, computer, wall charger, etc). The light on the controller will turn from red to amber when it is fully charged. It can take up to 4 hours to fully charge.
  • How many treatments can I do on a full battery charge?
    With proper use, a fully charged controller should provide at least 5 individual treatments before needing to charge your remote controller.
  • Is it better to use the device in the morning or at night?

    Yes! You can bring your GlowUp™ mask in your carry-on bag. However, do NOT pack it in checked luggage, as lithium-ion batteries are not allowed in checked baggage.

  • What are the Contraindications for the GlowUp LED Mask?

    The GlowUp™ LED Light Therapy Face Mask should not be used by:
